- Acrab (SE Asia & India, Growth) raised US$130 million in Series B funding to commercialise its agentic AI compute platform.

• D-Fend Solutions (Israel, Growth) completed its US$1.5 billion acquisition by Motorola Solutions, one of the largest Israeli counter-drone exits to date.
• Obsidian Therapeutics (HC) closed its merger with Galera Therapeutics alongside a US$350 million private placement and began trading on Nasdaq.
• Rezolv (SE Asia & India) raised US$12.5 million in a Series A led by Norwest with participation from Vertex Ventures SEA and India.
• Unitree Robotics (China) closed its Shanghai STAR Market trading debut up more than 460 percent, becoming China’s first listed humanoid robot maker.
• Zenity (Israel) raised US$125 million in Series C funding to expand its AI agent security and governance platform.

- Cymulate (Israel, Growth) partnered with Bitsight to help security teams validate their defences against the threats that matter most.

• Horizon Robotics (China, Growth) moved into the European market through an alliance with Bosch.
• Nium (SE Asia & India, Growth) became Visa’s first partner to pilot stablecoin settlement under the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s BLOOM initiative.
• ReN3 (SE Asia & India) partnered with Jedi Solutions to bring its private enterprise AI platform to the Indonesian market.

- Cyberhaven (US, Growth) appointed Todd Rotger as president and added four executives to scale its enterprise data security business.

• Harbour BioMed (China) secured China NMPA approval of the IND application for HBM7004, its bispecific antibody for advanced solid tumours.
• LaunchDarkly (US) surpassed US$200 million in annual recurring revenue as demand for AI runtime control accelerated.
• Neumora Therapeutics (HC) appointed Joshua Pinto as chief executive officer ahead of a run of 2026 clinical milestones.
• Nium (SE Asia & India, Growth) expanded its card issuing platform into the United States to capture virtual card growth.
• PALMONAS (SE Asia & India, Growth) opened its first international store in Abu Dhabi and is targeting about 10 Gulf stores by the end of 2026.
